NRPS were initially formed as a vehicle for the `Grateful Dead`to indulge their tastes for country music. They quicklydeveloped an identity of their own and had already recorded6 studio albums by the time of their appearance atthe Capitol Theatre. For this concert they casually drop innumbers from their latest work "Oh, What A Mighty Time" butheavily intersperse it with highlights from "Brujo","Panama Red" and "Gypsy Cowboy" even reaching back totheir 1971 debut. For Lovers of 60s country rock, it needsthe signature of NRPS to underline it and thisis a perfect way to hear it being written.
