WALTER LURE was the co-frontman and songwriter for the HEARTBREAKERS, responsible for L.A.M.F.' songs such as 'One Track Mind', 'Get Off The Phone' and 'All By Myself'. He formed The Waldos in the late 80's, and issued 'Rent Party', produced by The Dictators' Andy Shernoff, in 1994. Sadly, Walter died in August 2020, the last of the 'L.A.M.F.' Heartbreakers. His memoir "To Hell And Back" will be published by Backbeat in paperback edition on June 1, 2021.
