Olivier Libaux was a composer and guitarist who started his career in the 80's with the neo-pop band Les Objets, followed by two poetic storytelling albums, "L'héroïne au bain" (2003), then "Imbécile" (2007). These albums included such artists as Philippe Katerine, Helena Noguerra, and JP Nataf. In the aughts, Olivier Libaux co-founded with Marc Collin the band Nouvelle Vague, a bossa nova style cover band that reinterpreted their favorite new wave songs, over a span of 10 albums and more than 15 years of touring the world.
