Philippe Vermont is a professional guitarist / singer /composer with over twenty years" experience. Vermont hasplayed in a wide variety of bands and styles (rock, variety,blues, country, metal country, metal, jazz fusion and partymusic). His guitar playing is influenced by Jimmy Page, Hendrix, Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughan,Slash, Joe Bonamassa and Mark Knopfler. He began his career with La Familia, which toured Europe for over 12 years.He played guitar, sang backing vocals and co-wrote the songs, and opened for a number ofother bands (FFF, Bernard Lavilliers, Francis Cabrel, Amadou et Maryam, La rue Kétanou,etc.). He also creates music for the Theater and Soundtracks for Films.
