The Sub Pop Records label celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2008 with, among other things, a 2-day music festival July 12th and 13th at Marymoor Park, somewhat unimaginatively called SP20. They also managed to paint their name on the top of Seattle's Space Needle and fly a flag bearing the SP logo from its peak. They're prohibited from including pictures of that here, but swear it really happened. It was all really an unbelievably good time. If you were there, they hope you agree (and thank you for coming).
