Instead, Dogtablet's sound is a rich mixture of thrumming yet down- tempo grooves that nestle comfortably next to luxurious, grey-skied soundscapes. Their aching yet driving sounds are never more effective than on their fourth album, the newly-released "Pearldrop Blue".
