The Walflower Complextion were American teenagers, children of US Government staff, attending high school in Bogotá, Colombia. They got a deal with local label Daro and released this brilliant and sought-after debut album in 1966. The LP features several great covers, including four Rolling Stones songs, but it's in their own original compositions where the band really shines, possessing a raw sound that mixes surf music, psych guitars, wild drums, tambourines and hazy garage rock.
