Julian Dawson celebrates his seventieth birthday on July 4th and takes the opportunity to do so with many of the musicians he has worked with over the course of his 40-year career. A colorful mix of new songs, previously unreleased material and classics, which Dawson and his band have enriched with a few new ingredients. Among other things, he sings a new version of "How can I sleep without you" together with Lucinda Williams. The original was a single hit in Germany in 1991.
