It's all Starbucks'fault! Thats were art-students Sean, DW and Travis met their future singer, Andrea Hansen, who took to the sounds performed, wich were a little too much for the cafe-latte crowd. Soon after crafting their mix of 60s experimental music and the elan of 80s indierock, Lee Ranaldo volunteered to produce their debut "No Handle". A sprawling record by a greoup of people who are not willing to compromise and use those ideals of rock that have been for the large part ignored: psychedelic exploration, rhytmic dynamics, careening vocals, crafted noise and epic long composition. At times muscular and other times cerebral, without losing any flair!
